We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification fails.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if regulatory requirements cannot be verified.

We currently ship only within North Carolina.

Orders placed outside our approved shipping region will be canceled and refunded.

Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect address information provided at checkout
