Where are your cigars made?
Our cigars are sourced from Estelí, Nicaragua, a region globally recognized for producing premium tobacco. Each blend is selected for quality construction, balance, and consistency.
What blends do you offer?
Our signature line features Toro (6 x 52) premium hand-rolled cigars available in:
• Maduro – Deep and full-bodied
• Habano – Balanced and complex
• Connecticut – Smooth and refined
Age Requirements
Do I need to be 21 to purchase?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase tobacco products from Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. Age verification is required at checkout in compliance with federal law.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship only within North Carolina in compliance with state and federal tobacco regulations. We plan to expand into additional states as regulatory requirements are met.
Do cigars and merchandise ship together?
No. Cigars and merchandise ship separately and may incur separate shipping charges.
Cigars are fulfilled directly by Bull City Mayor Cigar Co., while apparel and merchandise are fulfilled by our trusted print partner.
Because they ship from different locations, they may arrive at different times.
How much is shipping?
Cigar shipping is a flat rate based on your order.
Merchandise shipping rates are calculated based on the item and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is processed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on carrier service and destination.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods.
Will cigars dry out during shipping?
Our cigars are packaged to preserve quality during transit. Short-term shipping exposure does not negatively affect properly constructed premium cigars.
For best results upon delivery, cigars should be stored in a humidor at 65–70% humidity and 65–70°F.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only.
Returns & Exchanges – Cigars
Do you accept returns on cigars?
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery email us at info@bullcitymayorcigarco.com. Please include photos of the issue.
Merchandise Returns (Printful Fulfillment)
What is your merchandise return policy?
Branded merchandise is fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Returns or replacements are only accepted for:
• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo documentation.
We do not accept returns for sizing errors, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Do you offer on-site cigar vendor services for events?
We accept limited event vendor bookings within North Carolina, subject to:
• Local venue approval
• Tobacco compliance regulations
• Licensing requirements

State Expansion
When will you ship outside North Carolina?
We are actively working to expand into additional states as regulatory approvals and licensing requirements are completed.

How should I store my cigars?
Store cigars in a humidor maintained at:
• 65–70% humidity
• 65–70°F temperature

Yes.
