Cigars (Tobacco Products)

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all cigar sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on cigars once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@bullcitymayorcigarco.com

Photo documentation of the issue is required. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Merchandise (Printful Fulfillment)

Merchandise is fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.

Returns or replacements are only accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo documentation.

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Change of mind

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
