Order Processing

Retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days to allow for proper handling, quality control, and compliance verification.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Wholesale orders may require additional processing time due to order size, packaging requirements, and licensing verification.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days depending on carrier service and destination within North Carolina.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. ships premium cigars in full compliance with all applicable federal and North Carolina state laws and regulations.

At this time, we ship within North Carolina only.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside North Carolina will be canceled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. Age verification is required prior to order fulfillment.

Orders that fail age verification will be canceled and refunded.

Wholesale shipping rates and timelines may differ from retail orders. Shipping costs and processing timelines will be confirmed prior to fulfillment.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Weather-related delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
