Founders Story
Founded in 2025 by husband-and-wife team Seth and Amanda Redmon, Bull City Mayor Cigar Company, LLC was created from a shared passion for cigars, connection, and craftsmanship. Proud residents of Durham, North Carolina the city affectionately known as the Bull City the Redmons set out to build a brand that honors Durham’s tobacco heritage while celebrating the culture, sophistication, and camaraderie that define the modern cigar experience.
The People Behind the Brand
Seth, known to friends and fellow cigar lovers as the “Bull City Mayor,” is the face and spirit of the brand. Charismatic and genuine, he embodies the welcoming energy that makes every smoke a shared experience. Whether hosting local events or sparking conversation in a lounge, Seth represents the heart of Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. a brand rooted in community, craftsmanship, and connection.
Amanda, the First Lady of the Bull City Mayor brand, brings vision, leadership, and grace to every part of the operation. A graduate of both The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she oversees business strategy, brand development, and creative direction. Her steady guidance ensures that every detail reflects excellence, authenticity, and respect for tradition.
Together, the Mayor and First Lady have built Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. around a philosophy they call “The Bull City Standard.” It’s a commitment to quality, connection, and timeless style that defines everything they do.
