Wholesale Terms

Wholesale accounts must:

• Hold valid tobacco retail licensing

• Comply with all federal and state regulations

• Agree not to resell outside approved jurisdictions

Minimum order quantities and pricing will be provided upon approval.

Payment terms must be agreed upon in writing prior to fulfillment.

Bull City Mayor Cigar Co. reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships at its discretion.
